Your duties as the Tax Preparer will include the preparation of straightforward and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns. Don't wait - submit an application today!Responsibilities- Type appropriate data into Tax software application- Provide customer service to incoming client calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments- Complete other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned- Provide completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies- Touch base with clients to gather relevant information/documents- Complete and invoice for form preparation fees Requirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight- Foundational knowledge in individual taxes- Adeptness in Income Tax Return- Deep understanding of data entry- Income Tax Preparation experience highly desired- Individual Tax Return experience required- Tax Preparation experience- Spreadsheet and database capabilities- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work- Excellent oral and written communications skills- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the dataIf you have the right skills for this role and are available immediately, we want to hear from you contact us today!
