Performs all aspects of consumer loan servicing with a focus on mortgage loan servicingReviews and audits new escrow setups for accuracyDisburses payment of taxes, insurance, and private mortgage insuranceContacts member regarding delinquent taxes and cancellation of insuranceResponsible for the force placement of hazard and flood insurance as neededCoordinates with Management to pay delinquent taxes to prevent tax sale; redeems collateral fromtax saleAnalyzes escrow accountsProcesses final escrow disbursementsPrepares and mails annual escrow analysis statementsReviews member requests for waiver of existing escrow accountsReviews member requests for waiver of private mortgage insuranceResponsible for coordinating mortgage hazard and flood insurance claimsResponsible for filing blanket coverage claims for home equity lines/loansResponsible for processing and verifying all rate adjustments on Adjustable Rate Mortgages and Commercial LoansResponsible for verifying monthly and quarterly rate adjustments on Home Equity Lines of CreditResponsible for loan modifications/partial releases on all real estate loan typesResponsible for reviewing and processing year-end tax statementsCompletes MERS audits; tracks receipt of transfers on Correspondent LoansResponsible for servicing mortgages under the Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA)May also be responsible for all or part of the duties of the Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative I and II positionsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferredThree to six years relevant experience requiredStrong knowledge of mortgage systems, mortgage procedures, credit union and governmental agency regulations and policiesExcellent communication skills - written, oral, and listeningAbility to work independently, as well as collaborativelyAcute sense of urgency, with strong time management skills - meeting critical deadlines/goals with accurate workAbility to prioritize and multi-taskMust be proficient in Microsoft Suite
