Digital Channel Planner, Mid Key Role: Create and shape the future of Booz Allen's digital presence by leading digital marketing and demand generation strategies to strengthen Booz Allen's brand and reputation and drive revenue as a member of Brand & Marketing in Corporate Affairs. Work closely with cross-functional business leads, corporate and account-based marketers, creative, media, and channel owners, to establish digital objectives, develop plans, and guide content and tactics across multiple channels that drive successful business outcomes. Plan, develop and execute inbound and outbound digital marketing strategies for corporate and account-based priorities. Use data and insights to both evaluate tactics and campaigns and drive strategy. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends, methods, and technologies, and provide thought leadership and guidance. Participate in the evolution of integrated platforms, digital marketing strategies, audience engagement, and analytics. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the US, to include the District of Columbia. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with digital strategy in a consulting, professional services or agency environment Experience with B2B or B2G digital marketing Experience with driving transformation of digital strategies, technologies, processes or resourcing for an enterprise Experience using Adobe Experience Cloud such as; Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics or using Google Analytics Tools Experience in Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization Experience with managing email marketing campaigns including; lead generation, A/B testing, metrics, and briefings Experience working across functional teams to manage new and existing projects Experience developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns Experience in creating or advising on web content and online experiences Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative team environment and multitask across multiple projects and clients to effectively manage priorities Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking who has a thirst for learning about, and educating others on, the latest digital tools, processes, and best practices Possession of excellent communications skills written and verbal Certifications in digital marketing, inbound marketing, marketing automation, search engine optimization, user/customer experience, demand generation, content strategy is preferred The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $62,010 to $88,200.
