If you have solid Human Resource skills and want to make an impact in a growing organization, keep reading!The Human Resourcess Business Partner will be responsible for facilitating employment matters across a wide range of HR functional areas including performance management, compensation, benchmarking and onboarding and training.Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this is a tactical role, requiring you to roll up your sleeves and engage and execute on projects both large and small. You will have the opportunity to lead a variety of HR-related projects and initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.You will also collaborate across groups, interact and influence at all levels of the organization and provide coaching and counseling to both leaders and employees. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day HR support for managers and employees to include performance management, compensation management, training (development and implementation), benefit and leave administration and employee relations Advise managers and employees on policies, procedures and best practices and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues Assist in the administration of Ntrepids compensation programs to include base pay, incentive pay, merit and salary increases, benchmarking and design, and performance management programs.Research, develop and assist with implementation of HR related policies and proceduresChampion all of Ntrepids benefits, serve as the main liaison with benefits broker, and participate in weekly benefits callsLead annual benefits renewals, own and run annual open enrollmentEnsure compliance of local, state and federal legal compliancePerform other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications: US Citizenship requiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fieldSHRM-CP or PHR strongly desired7+years Human Resource experience Demonstrated experience in HR disciplines such as performance management, compensation, training, employee relations and complianceStrong analytical, problem-solving skills and project management skillsFamiliarity with compliance and government regulationsEagerness to work in a fast-paced environment in a technology companyAttention to detail is critical to success in this roleStrong leadership and coaching skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate effectively in stressful situationsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality while working with sensitive and confidential informationExperience using ADP Workforce Now, CostPoint, iCIMS, and Microsoft Suite is a plus
