OBAN is currently searching for a dedicated, strategic, and highly engaging Strategic Recruiting Partner located remote, but ideally near the DC metro area and/or willingness to travel to headquarters or job fairs as needed. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, is a high-level team player, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and works with the management team to achieve their hiring goals. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES * Act as liaison between company, hiring team and candidates * Complete all full-cycle recruiting duties, included but not limited to: * Post job in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screens resumes, conduct initial interview of candidates, recommend candidates for interview with hiring team and coordinate schedules, collect required application forms, etc. * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand their strategy and then leverage government contracting recruiting processes to support recruiting efforts for funded and proposal opportunities. * Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures * Partners with hiring manager/team to determine staffing needs and position requirements * Ensure all hiring activities are adequately tracked and maintained for OFCCP compliance * Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, job boards, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates * Maintain in contact with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes * Assist with proposal efforts, which may include incumbent capture sourcing and/or searching for key candidates prior to award by indicating candidate availability and recommendation for bid or no-bid * Provides weekly reports to leadership on status of all hiring efforts, roadblocks, strategic ideas for improving branding and footprint of OBAN, etc. * Partners with HR to ensure compliance and reporting, adequate recruiting processes are utilized and a smooth transition for onboarding EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or related discipline preferred * Minimum of five (5) years experience performing relevant recruiting duties in a government contracting environment, which include at least two (2) years providing strategy recruiting approach * Experience partnering with various vendors, such Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Job Boards, including veteran focused job boards * Excellent organizational skills * Must be a team-player and partner with all levels of the company * Knowledge of OFCCP regulations/compliance preferred * Knowledge and experience in the application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Superb attention to detail and time management skills * Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative, prioritize and flexibility to shift priorities as needed OBAN Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
