Location: Vienna, VA Description: Responsibilities: Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leaves. Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, managers, and other departments, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Manage new employee onboarding, offboarding of employees, I-9 compliance, and coordinate new hire orientations. Supports recruiting as needed, with offer letters, job descriptions, and resume reviews. Conduct or acquire and review background check results. Coordinate with other departments as necessary Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices. Participate in the creation of company policies by recommending and administering new policies as requested. Establish and maintain employee personnel files, create correspondence and reports. Review and document company policies and practices and maintain compliance.
