Job DescriptionThe qualified guest-centered, proactive candidate we seek will be responsible for customer service, delivering food orders to guests, stocking and preparing the dining area for the following shifts.Job Requirements* Must be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment* Flexible schedule is required, including ability to work nights, weekends and holidays* Ensures that prep is done completely and correctly for the following days* Performs other duties as requested or assigned* Excellent Customer Services skills* Some prior experience required along with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow your skills*Training will be providedResponsibilitiesHave thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required, according to Harry's standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areasComplete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently during the Restaurant operating hoursMaintain clean and sanitary environment with knowledge of proper handling, storage, and sanitationKnow the location and operation of all fire extinguishing equipmentPractice safe work habits at all times to avoid possible injury to self or other employeesUse Production Charts as specified by Harry's standardsBe able to support fellow bartenders, servers and busser in Harry's when assistance is neededFollow all Health Department and Company regulations in regard to food and storage standards and safetyBe able to operate and maintain cleanliness of all bar equipmentMaintain a "Clean as You Go" policyAssist in storage and rotation of beverage items according to Harry's proceduresFollow all Health Department and Company regulations regarding food and storage standards and safetyFormal requisition processSign keys out and back in under supervision as neededReports to Restaurant GM Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
