Overview The HRBP will work closely with regional leaders across the country design and implement strategies and programs that contribute to team member engagement, retention and professional development, ultimately resulting in increased organizational performance. This includes providing proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with the needs of the business objectives. Solutions and strategies will include compensation, administration, safety programs, talent management/development, performance management consultation, and operational alignment with the LEARN team of HR resources. Responsible for developing credible and trusting relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees. Reports to Vice President of Human Resources, LEARN Behavioral. Responsibilities Align HR strategy with the business objectives of the client group; fully understanding the business of the client group and participating in key meetings. Align business line and corporate resources to ensure communication, operational excellence and smooth day-to-day transactions. Leverage expertise in employment law and compliance to address and resolve complex employment situations. Manage development of programs/events that build motivation and retention, including all aspects of Talent Management; oversight of all employee data integrity. Providing guidance and input on workforce planning, staffing levels and succession planning. Serving as coach/adviserfor performance management issues. Working closely with Compensation on the strategy and implementation of compensation processes to ensure a culture of internal and external equity. Providing consultation for employees including payroll, benefits, career development, workers compensation, leaves of absence, etc. Working closely with HR specialists, recruiters, and other resources in support of People Program objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related area; 10+ years Human Resources experience, with at least 5-7 as a HR Generalist or equivalent Ability to travel in the US as required. Multi-State experience, with emphasis on California labor laws. Excellent consultative, client service and interpersonal skills; able to effectively influence and manage key relationships across diverse departments and organizational levels; Solid PC/software, Excel skills and Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, Electronic Onboarding and HRIS systems knowledge; UltiPro and ICIMS experience a plus.
