Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an experienced University Relations & Recruiting (UR&R) Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our University Recruiting Team. This can be a remote role with up to 25% travel in support of the business. Responsibilities include: Completing full life-cycle recruiting for various talent profiles, management teams and office locations Developing and maintaining favorable relationships with internal and external stakeholders - including campus relationships Creating innovative candidate engagement strategies for maintaining talent pipelines Developing, analyzing, and proactively sharing UR&R metrics/trends Committing to increasing internal awareness of UR&R service offerings and activity Developing and implementing process improvements that drive operating excellence Collaborating with other sector and enterprise colleagues on projects and initiatives Attending campus and conference events as needed Successful candidates should also possess the following key traits: Prior recruiting experience, college preferred Acts with a sense of urgency and prioritizes responsibilities Exceptional business process, analytical skills, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to function independently and collaboratively in a high-volume fast paced corporate environment Ability to adapt to changing business environment and requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Our recruiters push the boundaries of possibilities. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting support, HR or closely related experience; or a master's and at least 1 year of recruiting, recruiting support, HR or closely related experience Exposure to on campus engagement activities (career fairs, targeted events, student organization and faculty outreach) Experience recruiting entry level and intern talent Demonstrated project management skills and/or event coordination experience (intern program, rotational programs, hiring events) Proven success working individually or as part of a team requiring little supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. Excel, PowerPoint) US Citizen Ability to travel at least 25% of the time Preferred qualifications Direct experience as a Campus/University Recruiter Experience with Workday (ATS) Exposure or familiarity with other recruitment management tools like Yello Exposure or familiarity with SharePoint Familiarity and experience with DE&I talent acquisition strategies Salary Range: 61400 - 92000 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
