This role is part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with our dynamic team, a strategic and collaborative group that is deeply engaged with the business and recognized for adding value.About the Role:The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of talent within the organization. They will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going relationships both internally and externally. This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the BSI brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the BSI selection process.Talent Acquisition Specialist ResponsibilitiesDevelops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.Prepares candidates for interviewing with BSI and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening for manager to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirement. Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.Maintains records on recruiting activitiesFollow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, notifying various department of employee's starting date.Organizes, leads, and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of BSI compensation policy.Acts as brand ambassador for BSI in all recruitment and sourcing activitiesAll other duties related to talent acquisition as neededEducation/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years recruitment experience in a corporate environmentAn advanced level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligenceKnowledge and extensive past use of an applicant tracking systemDemonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positionAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyHR principles, procedures, and techniquesRelevant HR standards, rules, and regulations applicable to the services we provideStrong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skillsWhat We Offer:BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.Our Excellence Behaviors: Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative.
