**Job ID: 103120**The Leonardo DRS Global Enterprise Solutions business delivers world-class mission-critical satellite communications and security solutions with unmatched reliability and support anywhere in the world.**Job Summary Job Responsibilities**Primary & Essential Accountabilitieso Under direction of HR Leader, responsible for performing a variety of HR functions which may include: benefit administration, performance and compensation management, recruiting/staffing, employee relations, implementation of policies and procedures, training, HRIS support and employee communicationso HR Generalist/Operationso Communicate HR policies and procedureso Employee interviews (stay - various stages, exit)o Employee inquiry and support requestso Performance Management - may handle terminations and corrective action issueso Perform exit interviews with terminating employeeso Assist with investigations involving harassment, EEOC, and similar types of claims ensuring legalcompliance as directedo Comply with all state and federal regulationso Assist managers in conducting needs analysis for open positionso Source candidates using a variety of methods (ie, Internet, career fairs, colleges, etc.) from both internal andexternal sourceso May process new hires and onboard all new employeeso Work closely with payroll departmento Monthly HR/Security meetingso HR project supporto Communicate benefit policies and changeso Employer brand development (internal/external)o Leverage social mediao LinkedIn group administrationo LinkedIn group maintenanceo Social media representative with Corporateo CareerArc optimization (branding, marketing)o Employee communicationo HR newslettero GES HR Intranet maintenanceo HR calendar development and oversighto Town hall agenda and slide preparationo Town hall highlighto Signera digital signageo Contract award process administrationo End of year videoo #WeAreGES (employee engagement)o Program oversighto Employee gifting and celebrationso #YouMeWeAreGESo DIBs program administrationo Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization**Job Responsibilities Part II Qualifications**Qualificationso Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and 2+ years of experience in human resource managemento Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferredo Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issueso Ability to research and analyze various different type of data informationo Ability to make recommendations to effectiveness resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government lawo Ability to organize and prioritize worko Ability to coach and develop other employees less experienced in HRo Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of HR administrationo Effective oral and written communication skillso Excellent interpersonal skillso Working knowledge of various software packages (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ADP, etc)o MS Office skills required HRIS experience preferredo SPHR or PHR certification preferred_In compliance with Executive Order 14042 and the Company's desire to protect the safety and health of our employees, customers, and communities, effective October 1, 2021, as a condition of employment the Company requires all newly hired US employees be fully vaccinated.__Leonardo DRS, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates are equal opportunity employers and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law._
