Dialysis experience is NOT required. Our training program equips new teammates to become the best dialysis RN they can be. You will be hired as a staff RN from day one and will be trained in dialysis through our regional training program. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.Schedule. Shifts are typically 10-12 hours, 3-4 days per week Monday - Saturday (rotating Saturdays). Most of our RNs work early morning/day shifts. No overnights, no Sundays.
