Job descriptionMortgage Loan Assistant to help facilitate the loan application process for our clients, assisting multiple certified loan officers at one time. The right candidate will learn how to review income and asset documentation, structure loans properly, and be able to input a complete loan application into an origination software. This candidate will learn how to run multiple AUS systems to include LP and DU, stack and submit files to processing, request conditions and communicate professionally and efficiently with borrowers, realtors, and loan officers. This position is for someone whose passion is talking to and assisting customers, creating reputable relationships with clients and finding creative solutions to obstacles that may arise. Candidates without Mortgage experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Being adaptable and efficient is especially important for this position. Organizational skills are essential along with the ability to follow-up efficiently and keep track of your progress in an organized manner that can easily be communicated to supervisors. Attention to detail as well as the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment is required. Candidate should be able to manage professional communication with agents, borrowers, and loan officers.Qualifications: The ideal candidate is motivated, a problem solver and able to work independently without direct supervision.
