Job descriptionosition Summary: Our front desk guest service providers interact with all guests to meet expectations and create repeat customers.Essential Functions: Greet Guests warmly, assist with guest expectations, needs and questionsKnowledge of hotel services and local attractionsProcess inbound telephone calls in a friendly and efficient mannerTechnical needs include handling reservations, checking guests in/out, billing transactions and handling moniesInteract with co-workers in a friendly and helpful mannerAct as advocate for other departments (housekeeping, engineering and food & beverage)Follow in-house procedure to help ensure the security of guests and employees.
