Job details: This is a Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day). Please note that this job requires the ability to work at all three of our branches (located in Towson and Perry Hall, MD). So, you'd need to feel comfortable traveling between branches (sometimes without prior notice). Reliable transportation is required. Each branch has slightly different operating hours, so your arrival and departure times will vary. Work availability is required between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday - Friday.You'd also work one to two Saturdays per month, from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Saturdays are worked at our Perry Hall branch. We'll pay you premium pay for all Saturday hours worked.In this job, you will serve an important role by performing financial and member service transactions. You will: Work in both the Teller and Member Services areas, depending on where you are needed most Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to members and Credit Union staff Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, & process payments Open member accounts Fulfill a variety of account maintenance and servicing requests, such as address changes & check & debit card orders Provide technical assistance for online/mobile banking, Bill Pay, and other e-services Sell products & services based on member needs What you need: High School Diploma or GED Cash handling experience in financial services, retail sales, or a similar environment is preferred Two years of customer Service experience Ability to travel to all of our branches in Towson & Perry Hall as needed A passion for serving customers! Strong interpersonal skills Ability to perform basic math functions Proficient use of computers & Windows-based software Basic knowledge of electronic banking products Credit check and criminal background check are required Most importantly, we look for people who possess the ability to provide a high degree of service to others, those who take initiative to go above and beyond the call of duty, and those who possess a high degree of integrity.
