You will be a part of a dynamic HR team where you will have the opportunity to lead efforts to advance data sharing best practices (reports, dashboards, infographics, presentation templates, research, and webpages). As a member of the HR team, you will have an opportunity to influence how data and insights are shared with our stakeholders and work with the team that is passionate about improving data driven decisions. Position Responsibilities:Day-to-day activitiesAssist team with metrics system deployments as assignedAssists in creating, maintaining and improve HR Operations standard operating procedures with a focus on innovation, streamlining and automation of processesSupports the continuous improvement of HR workflowAssists with the transition to paperless document managementData analytics: identify trends and opportunities for changes; build meaningful dashboards and management reports to support the proactive assessment of key metrics and indicators for Management decision making.Provides support to HR team on transactional activities and processesWork with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and metrics needs Create specifications for reports based on business needs Additional duties as required: 10%Qualified / Skills / Training: Education:Currently enrolled in or having received an undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university majoring in Business, Human Resources or related field.Possess an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higherKnowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:Required:Analytical thinking skills with focus on data.Strong organizational skills to prioritize and plan work activities.Exhibit flexible attitude and approach to assignments.Project management skills and attention to detailKnowledge of graphic layout and designReporting skillsInterest in HR analyticsInnovative data visualization and storytelling skills Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsTechnical Systems Proficiency:Must be proficient with MS Office SuiteKnowledge of SharePointKnowledge and/or experience with HRIS systemsTravel Required: 0% DomesticCitizenship:U.S. CitizenshipNature of Contacts:Moderate Communication on a daily basis with internal and external parties.Equal Opportunity: AIRBUS US Space & Defense, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
