Job Posting:Job Summary:The Branch Marketing Manager position directs the marking plan of the Branch. Develops and implements the Branch marketing communication strategies, social media campaigns, Branch open houses, Realtor presentations, Lunch and Learns, and networking events. Assists in ensuring the Branch has a fun, team-oriented culture. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous mannerEssential Job Functions:Provides a superior customer experienceMarkets the branch with corporate brand consistencyDevelops and executes branch marketing strategies to maximize sales and profitabilityDevelops and manages branch marketing budgetCreates and manages branch social media pagesReports on return on investment and key performance metricsConducts market, customer and competitor researchCreates marketing presentationsMarkets the Branch to Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners,Accountants and any sphere of influence that can refer business to the BranchPlans and facilitates Realtor lunch and learns, Real Estate Agent continuing education events, community outreach events, new branch Grand Openings, and team building eventsPerforms other duties as assignedNon-Essential Job Functions:Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsAdopts Fairway values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactionsContributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and funPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge and Skills:Extensive knowledge and understanding of current business acumenSolid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practicesRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in a marketing/communication/events related roleDemonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressureDemonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisionsDemonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniquesDemonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environmentDemonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlinesDemonstrated experience with MS Office software products#LI-MW1 #indeed
