Job Posting: *This is an in-office position located in Gainesville, VA*Job Summary:The Branch Marketing Coordinator position provides support to the Branch with daily tasks and multi-day projects. Assists with continual quality assurance, execution, and maintenance marketing campaigns. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.Essential Job Functions:Provides exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, or on email assisting employees with general marketing questionsSteward relationships with realtors, clients, and other external partnersProvides technical and layout support for marketing materialMonitors site issues/performance and liaison with marketing platform vendor to resolveWorks with marketing colleagues, branch network, and marketing platform vendor to develop and execute automated marketing campaigns and templatesTests new documents as they are added to Fairway My Way and liaison with marketing platform vendor to resolve any recommended updatesAssists in the Distribution/Delivery of Marketing MaterialsPrepares gifts and campaigns for clients, events, classes, social media, etc.Assists marketing colleagues and management both in back up and supportAttends and assists at Fairway eventsNon-Essential Job Functions:Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsAdopts Fairway values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactionsContributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and funPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge and Skills:Solid knowledge and understanding of current business acumenSolid knowledge and understanding of marketingSolid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practicesRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred2+ years of Marketing Support experience preferredDemonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisionsDemonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinkingDemonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with internal and external partnersDemonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environmentDemonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlinesDemonstrated experience with MS Office software productsDemonstrated experience with high volume data entryPhysical Environment:This position is primarily an in office positionNormal office environmentTravel Expectations:Local travel may be required for company or career-related meetings, programs, and/or events.Reasonable AccommodationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
