Working here is an unbelievable privilege and it will be something I carry with me for the rest of my life!"Sunrise Team MemberAt Sunrise, our Designated Nursing Assistant/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct resident care including nursing/clinical care, personal, nutritional and restorative care in the skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout the community as appropriate.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Assisting a designated group of residents in direct support of the Sunrise Mission, To Champion Quality of Life for All SeniorsPartner with the licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, provide and execute individualized restorative therapy programsMaintain Restorative Records for each guests/residentAssist in maintaining adaptive equipment and other medical equipment to include cleaning equipment and making readily availableQualifications:Maintains a valid license certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with federal, state and local regulationsHigh School Degree/GED requiredPrevious experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferredPrevious experience and desire to serve and care for seniorsAbility to handle multiple prioritiesPossess written and verbal skills for effective communication and documentationCompetent in organizational, time management skillsDemonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and timesSunrise considers the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members as its highest priorities.
