AT&T is designing, developing, and delivering a robust Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Multi-Site solution.AT&T has an opening for Lead Integration Engineer to support the DoD Government, in providing Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) services.The Lead Integration Engineer will work closely with the Lead CSfC Design Engineer, Lab Test Engineers, Security Engineers, and other supporting groups involving system concept formulation, requirements development, IT system architecture design, system design analysis, and systems integration design and implementation.This position requires expert technical background in the IT networking industry working through complex issues. In particular, hands-on experience with advanced IP infrastructures, all aspects of routers, firewalls, crypto, PKI, Certificate Authority, and Linux Servers. Knowledge of Security and Network design, IPSec, advanced Routing Protocols, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi/Wireless implementation, and troubleshooting are essential.The Lead Integration Engineer will also need to be proficient in the areas of planning, designing, and technical Project Management/Project Leading. An understanding of network equipment staging, and deployment is also required.ResponsibilitiesOrganizes, analyzes, conducts, and/or monitors/oversees engineering activities relating to the design, development, fabrication, installation, modification, sustainment, and/or analysis of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN Architecture, and Network SystemsReview and provide input enabling concept of operations and ensuring supportability requirements are understood and met as part of up-front planning, design, and implementation for WAN, LAN, and IPSec Architectures, and Network SystemsCoordinates, leads, or functions as part of Integrated Product Teams (IPT).Record and report the status of proposed integration engineering from initiation to final approval to contractual implementation.Proactively provides technical expertise to ensure upgrade and modification requirements are planned and executed during the system life cycle.Provides engineering expertise to include proactively identifying and resolving potential risks, to program managers at technical exchange meetings (TEM), design reviews, program conferences, working groups and informational meetings to facilitate informed decisions.Provide engineering expertise to prepare for briefings, reports, informational analyses in support of prototyping and demonstration activities.Provides analysis of proposed costs, contractor Statements of Work, and technical content.Travel requirement: Approximately 3-5%.ExperienceExcellent ability for clear and concise oral and written communication; capability to interface at multiple levels and successfully present technical informationExtensive experience with enterprise network design and sustainment, to include routing, switching, cryptographic and VPN solutions.Strict attention to detail; Adherence to rigid guidelines and processes; ability to validate, update and maintain accurate recordsRequired Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain Top Secret clearance (#topsecret)Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related technical discipline or advanced equivalent experienceQualificationsCertifications desired such as: CCNP (Any Specialty), Security +, Network +, Project +, CWDP/CWSP, CISSPExpert hands-on working experience with as many of the following as possible: Cisco & Juniper routers, RedHat platforms, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls.Knowledge of TCP/IP and associated routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, etc.Knowledge of VPN solutions to include Site-to-Site, Multi-site, and client-based VPNsKnowledge also includes PKI certificate-based VPN solutions (IPsec / MACsec)Knowledge with Certificates Authorities (CA) to include Microsoft and RedHat Server Certificate Services deploymentsAbility to work in a team environment and prioritize projectsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAn understanding of best practices and how to implement them at a business-wide levelCritical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they ariseBasic coding skills such as Python, Perl, Linux, and other languagesReady to join our team?
