As a PCT/Tele-Sitter you will:
•Maintain accurate records and completes required documentation using approved systems
•Provide accurate hand-off report at change of shift and PRN & documents time accurately using Kronos
•Report pertinent information about assigned patients and respond appropriately to emergency situations
•Protects all confidential information and obeys all HIPAA regulations
•Adheres to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures (dress code and attendance.
•Completes all department required education, competencies and/or proficiencies
•Performs clerical and video surveillance monitoring activities
•Monitors patient activity, verbally redirects patients where necessary, and escalates calls utilizing appropriate chain of command based on nursing response or patient change in condition
•Demonstrates understanding and proficiency of the uses of WOMC Tele-sitter devices
•Must flex into a PCT role if necessary.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Active Maryland CNA license required
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• One year of current experience in a hospital environment with strong computer skills
•Effective communication skills
•Personal accountability
