Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements multi-channel marketing campaigns and program strategies to achieve varied organizational objectives, with a focus on direct mail.
  • Ensures marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with overall organization objectives.
  • Develops and implements tactical plans to achieve goals.
  • Tracks and assesses campaign results and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
  • Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and to develop new procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related direct response experience (direct mail, database marketing, project management). Experience with membership or subscription-based product renewals is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the print production process and postal regulations a plus
  • Experience and creativity to work with agencies to deliver concepts to final execution
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and oral/written communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively
  • Highly motivated and high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives
  • Ability to build relationships across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
