Duties

  • You will provide Test and Engineering technical support and expertise for AEGIS to include serving as the primary point of contact for determining software integration and defect closures in technical support of Baseline computer program development.
  • You will lead engineering technical studies to evaluate potential upgrades/improvements, investigate and recommend improved analysis support tools, and investigate solutions and alternative approaches to software integration.
  • You will partner with internal and external organizations to integrate technical efforts that provide coordinated, timely, and cost-efficient products.
  • You will develop test plans, test procedures, test scenarios to support combat/weapon system milestone events, testing, and analysis.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating or conducting electronics technical work to facilitate development, test & evaluation, integration, or troubleshooting of naval combat/weapon systems.
