This person will function as an individual contributor by managing their own contract portfolio in the Cyber Mission Sector, Cyber Intelligence Systems Business Unit, representing complex, and strategic programs. This position requires a high-level of accountability and responsibility. Accordingly, the ideal candidate will need to exercise a high degree of initiative and judgment, have a history of strict adherence to policies, and demonstrate a strong business acumen. If this sounds like you, we look forward to having you join Peraton, an industry leader providing innovative solutions for space, critical Intelligence Community missions, and offensive and defensive cyber operations.**Position will be located in Annapolis Junction, MD, Flexible Work Arrangements may be available** In this role, you will: Will be providing full life-cycle contract management, including developing, negotiating, administering, and closing out Government contracts and task orders. Support internal Request for Proposal (RFP) a nd review meetings, contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and draft/finalization of contract, to include performing risk analysis of RFPs (identify risks and prepare mitigation strategies) and providing input for pricing strategies, prepare formal contract correspondence and ensure compliance with contract policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to provide successful proposal and contract execution. Analyze, prepare and negotiate contractual agreements such as Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Memorandum of Understandings/Memorandum of Agreements and other binding agreements as the business opportunity presents. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with Bachelors degree; 4 years with Masters (Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree). Working knowledge with FAR/DFARS, GSA Federal Schedules, Federal IDIQ and supplemental acquisition regulations of government agencies. Active Top Secret/SCI w/ Poly security clearance. Preferred/Desired Qualifications: Proficient working within a Contract Lifecycle Management tool such as GovWin or UNISOM. Knowledgeable of all contract types and terms. Deltek CostPoint experience. Proficient with Excel (can create and maintain spreadsheets). Have a good understanding of policies and procedures, and can implement these accordingly. Strong work ethic and can effectively work independently, have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills that are key for a successful team environment.
