Description Job Description: The Gibbs & Cox Operation at Leidos has an opportunity for Division Finance Manager to support our Maritime Division (MSD). In this role the finance leader will partner with the Maritime Division manager and functional support organizations management to support both the financial operations and work to profitably grow the Maritime Division which currently has an estimated annual revenue of $187M. This position is eligible for tele-work. Primary Responsibilities The roles and responsibilities of this position include: Operational responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting (business reviews, quarterly financial reviews, rolling forecasting), compliance with external and internal policies, effectively managing financial risks and opportunities, indirect rate management. Advise line management on all financial aspects of their organizational unit including developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the organizations revenue and costs. Responsible for financial performance of the operating unit to include monthly forecasts and FP&A activities. Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses Cash management/Capex Deliverables: Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR, QPR), and BAR/Proposal artifacts. Strategic responsibilities include proposal involvement (pricing and cost volume leadership), preparing the Annual Operating Plan and finalizing key commitments (net bookings, revenue, OI and cash), providing leadership for programs within the portfolio and building internal and external relationships to grow the business and achieve strategic goals. Personnel responsibilities include employee career development (mentoring, training, skills development) and talent management (recruitment and retention) Basic Qualifications Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects. Positive can-do attitude with success leading diverse teams under tight timelines Experience in FP&A, Pricing, and Program Finance Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with LPAS, Costpoint, Fusion, Deltek, Excel Expertise and Powerpoint Presentations Financial Modeling Pay Range: Pay Range $97,500.00 - $150,000.00 - $202,500.00 #Remote
