You will exceed customer's expectations from test drive to delivery with excellent training and support from our Sales Training Program and Management Team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will train you to become the BEST sales consultant! Individuals with experience in Food/Beverage, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or who are just out of College or the Military to name just a few, have found great SUCCESS in automobile sales. Responsibilities Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Deliver vehicles to customer, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons Requirements Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
