If you have the drive and passion to grow your career, you may be a great fit for our rapidly growing team!JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIESMust have brokers license in Virginia, West Virginia, and MarylandManage and maintain proper compliance on all transactional and closing documents required by the Real Estate Commission or agency for the state of operationEnsure compliance with all continuing education and regulatory requirements by the state of operationReceive, track and communicate all documents to sales associates including but not limited to contract files, addendums and closing instructionsPrepare, distribute and monitor all documents as neededIND1RequirementsCurrent managing broker license is required in the state of operationBachelor's degree in Business is preferred.Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity.Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects will be needed in order to be successful in this role.Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
