Job Description Financial Analyst /IT Vendor Managementin Elkton, MD 21921 contract to hire Interview Logistics: VirtualPhysical Environment and Working Conditions: Permanent Remote Required Skills Set:Years of Experience: 5+ years of professional experience of concentrated in finance, business investments with an emphasis on analytical workEducation Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work ExperienceMBA in business related discipline accounting or finance concentration preferredStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverablesSolid organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated abilities with track record of driving results through IT and cross-functional organizations Project Description:Key responsibilities include: Provide day-to-day support for the execution of third-party spend analytics, trend analysis and support management of a centralized supplier and contract repository. Manually cleanse & categorize data sets across the category taxonomy.Work with IT Finance on Key Expense Performance Measures and trends for third-parties and utilizationGather market research/data and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop tail-end spend and utilization strategies and provide recommendations in collaboration with enterprise functions (ie, Procurement, Legal and Finance)Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $50,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
