Skills & Experience Skills Complete online course and pass the SAFE Exam (out of office/we cover the cost) Must be able to meet state regulatory licensing requirements Excellent communication skills Sales experience (Telephone sales preferred but not required) Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work well within a team environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Experience Responsibilities Professionally communicate with a wide range of people over the phone (inbound/outbound) and via email Educate each client and identify the best loan options for their unique background Specialize in conducting a thorough analysis of income, assets, and credit to determine loan financing capacity Collect all required financial information from potential clients Guide clients through the loan process from start to finish providing unmatched customer service Work closely with your team to ensure the loan closes in a timely manner This is a fulltime position
