You'll build, install, and maintain computer and phone systems, wireless networks, and various peripheral devices. You'll create, update, and maintain SOP's for the IT department as well as disaster recovery plans. Beyond working with existing systems, you'll also identify potential changes and system improvements and present your thoughts to senior leaders for consideration. You'll also plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities related to our mobile device manager (MDM) application servers, software components, mobile devices, and MDM systems. Of course, as you know, in IT there is always more, but this gives you an idea of what's in store!Who You Are So, what does it take to be successful as the IT Desk Support Analyst at American Pest? For starters, you'll have prior experience with Azure, Azure AD, and Office365 administration. You'll also have 3-5 years of IT experience (preferred)A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field (preferred)Prior experience with Mobile Device Manager solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Networking, Cybersecurity, PowerShell scripting, and Linux is ideal (Certifications preferred)Familiarity with Android and Apple phonesExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareExperience working closely with others in a team-focused environmentThe ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities according to urgency and importanceWell-developed organization and time management skillsThe ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend EnglishLegal eligibility to work in the US Who We Are Founded in 1925, American Pest is a fun and energetic mid-size company located in the newly-developed community of Maple Lawn, in Fulton, Maryland (Howard County).
