This Systems Engineering role is responsible for working with the mission engineering efforts for a space program in the NSS business area within the Space Systems Sector.The Systems Engineer will support critical national security mission engineering activities to help plan mission utilization of complex space systems and capabilities. A successful candidate must have a proven ability to understand and communicate operational mission requirements to engineering teams. They will perform system analysis, design optimization, system performance assessments, and operations analysis work in support of integrated mission analysis for current and potential customers. The Systems Engineer will track Measures of Performance, Measures of Effectiveness and define other metrics to ensure capabilities meet customer objectives.
