What we need: MWWPR is looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our global Digital practice and execute paid media marketing programs across a range of Consumer and Corporate/B2B clients. This role will be the engine that keeps the motor running on a day-to- day basis - working on developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating a digital strategy for our clients and buying media. This will be a role focused primarily on social strategy and campaign execution, but also exposed to additional paid media elements such as programmatic, direct publisher buys (traditional planning), out-of-home, TV, radio/streaming audio, print advertising, SEM/SEO. The ideal candidate is proactive and incredibly organized, with a proven track record of translating digital advertising into results-driven campaigns and managing multiple campaigns for high-profile clients. Essential Functions Primary responsibilities will include paid campaign management across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, and Tik Tok, GDN/YouTube/SEM a plus. . Management & Client Engagement . Oversight of all Paid Social campaigns, including leading of planning, activation, management, and reporting. . Supporting internal account leads with ongoing client and team management . Professional communication via email and phone with clients, vendors, and partners . Campaign Planning . Understanding client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical/data-oriented strategies and technologies to deliver of effective media plans for paid social across various platforms in context to wider media efforts . Activation . Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets between creative and content strategy teams. . Brainstorming/researching targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns. . Developing, executing and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight . Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors (eg Google Analytics) and integrating with social platforms . Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis . Creating, analyzing, and data-intensive reports on a daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis . Document Paid Social media strategies and best practices within client accounts . Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of continuously changing digital advertising landscape and communicating developments to internal team and client Qualifications Education: . Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with a focus in Marketing, PR/Advertising, Busines. Work Experience: . Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience . 2+ years of Paid Social experience . Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media (eg, Paid Search, GDN) highly preferred Skills: . Experience in Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn advertising a MUST. . Strong working understanding of the Paid Social and Native Advertising industry and platforms, including major players and supporting technology (social management tools like Shareblee, Netbase, Audience Insights, etc.) . Demonstratable experience working on paid social media accounts across several levels of budget (small to large) . Demonstratable experience working with a variety of different clients across several different verticals. (Corporate, B2B, Law, Charity, Finance a plus) . Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy . Understanding of broader media planning and buying - to ensure integration/coordination with wider media objectives . Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks/thought processes at one time in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills are critical . Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the team . Excellent writing and communication skills . Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills (Pivot tables, v-lookups, building reports - A MUST) .
