Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a legal services organization in Northern, VA who is seeking a professional and self motivated HR Assistant. Situated in a beautiful new office - this group is looking for someone to creatively support a fast paced group. If you have experience recruiting and strong Excel and Power Point skills then call and apply today.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with on boarding and off boarding documentation for employees
  • Serve as a point of contact during benefits enrollment
  • Update internal databases to reflect current HR files
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Support the Executive team with daily projects
  • Assist with implantation and change management
  • Source, recruit and onboard new hires

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 1-3 year's of experience working in a HR or Recruiting department
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self starter
  • Outstanding communication both verbal and written
