They are energetic, excited to grow in the hospitality industry and care about their team.Restaurant Servers are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences.Primary Responsibilities and RequirementsEssential Functions:Ready the station before opening and closing shifts, and complete scheduled side work to enable full focus on guest careCommunicate effectively with customers and helping them with their food and beverage selectionManage tables and customer experience Professional and enthusiastic attitudeTransmits orders to the bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requestsQualifications and Skills:Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages Gain mastery of the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offeringAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest serviceAbility to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends Good judgment skills and adaptive attitudeMust have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by locationMust Be/have:Outstanding interpersonal skills Outgoing and full of energy Polished go-getterPolite & patientExcellent communication skills Satisfaction focusedSupervisory Responsibilities: N/AWork Environment/ Physical Demand:Must be able to stand for full shiftMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust have good hearing for accurate communication with guestsMust be able to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools controls and type Must be able to work in areas of loud noisesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
