Responsibilities: The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing recruiting and staffing support services to the recruiting department staff, leaders and managers. The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Coordinator position will have a passion for recruiting, HR administrative experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:Manage the requisition life cycle. Work with recruiters to help source and review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Manage the candidate interview/hiring process, including correspondence via phone/email, in-person greeting, and reference checks, scheduling interviews and phone screens. Maintain the applicant tracking system (iCIMS ATS) and candidate dispositions throughout the interview process. Ensure all records are organized and maintained. Provide follow-up communication to candidates regarding employment and interview status. Prepare new position/hire paperwork and gather all appropriate approvals. Create job descriptions and post them on internal/external sites. Assist the Recruiting team with special projects as needed. Help plan, coordinate and facilitate job fairs and functions Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:3-5 years experience in a professional work environment;Previous recruitment coordination experience is highly desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle projects independently. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with applicant tracking software.
