Sr. Manager, Product Marketing , Revenue Cycle Management Overview of Position The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth agenda for Change Healthcare by providing strategic marketing leadership for the Provider Revenue Cycle Management Services portfolio within the Technology-enabled Services business unit. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Portfolio Marketing for the RCM business, this role will work closely with Business Unit Leadership, Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, and Creative Services to ensure success. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? * Translate market needs, competitive insights, research, client experience, and business expertise into thoughtful market knowledge that can be leveraged across the business. * Align with the business unit and product management teams in the ongoing management of solutions throughout their lifecycle as well as the creation of compelling offerings and solution sets that position Change Healthcare for growth within the solution category. * Develop the marketing strategy and plans to support assigned solutions; Collaborate with demand gen team to execute campaigns, online and offline content, and programs that build the Change Healthcare brand within the market segments and communities, to support prospect acquisition, relationship expansion, customer retention, create demand and generate loyalty. * Drive the creation of compelling value propositions and messaging that align with the buyer's journey and segmentation, to position Change Healthcare for growth within the solution category. * Collaborate with other segment marketers, demand gen team and marketing services to create integrated campaigns and programs; provide guidance and strategy to drive budgeting and tactic development in support of assigned solutions. * Partner with sales teams to drive strategic alignment of market facing resources, continuity of sales/marketing market engagement approaches, and informed client relationship development. What are the requirements needed for this position? * 5-7+ years of marketing experience required * 5+ years owning a Product/Segment/portfolio with marketing experience in healthcare and/or IT * Experience working with a field sales organization and product management team, supporting a dedicated segment and/or product line required. * Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage multiple simultaneous projects (and execute with multiple competing priorities) * Managed successful product launches, introductions, and sales partnerships * Collaboration skills working with BU and product teams, sales, sales ops, colleagues in marketing, etc. - this all supports the need to identify and develop highly targeted and coordinated promotional campaigns and tactics in support of closed loop marketing strategies that make an impact on sales pipeline, including but not limited to PR, events, webinars, web & social promotion, digital and print advertising, sales enablement training and materials, etc. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? * Healthcare industry experience preferred. * Healthcare product marketing experience is ideal. * Ability to collaborate across the organization to accomplish goals. * Able to execute when experiencing multiple competing priorities. * Strong organization and project management experience, including the ability to lead and manage multiple simultaneous projects. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong presentation skills * Sirius Decisions or Pragmatic Marketing certifications preferred.
