The Account Executive is responsible for brokering and managing key clients with a $500,000 revenue target book of business and/or commensurate number of client relationships for commercial lines (ie, property and casualty), and financial lines (ie, D&O/E&O Cyber). The Account Executive will be involved in developing and maintaining the client relationship beyond the annual transactional renewal period. An understanding of the insurance market along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurer partners is essential. This position has the flexibility to work remotely. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage an assigned book of business. Build, expand, and solidify relationships with clients and proactively leads marketing and administration needs Coordinates appropriate resources to address the client's risk management needs Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels with specific goals regarding client retention, growth, achievement of operating margin targets, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement Cultivates relationships with our clients Support a senior Account Executive or a Producer; primary contact when the Account Executive or Producer is not available Adhere to and follow all service protocols for the department, including use of process form and agency management systems Support Producers - prepare or assist in preparation for key prospect/client meetings Compliance with BFSI policies and procedures manual; support quality assurance process SPECIFIC TASKS Utilize system capability (AMS) and properly to maintain complete and accurate data and documents Coordinate with team/Producer to complete coverage review for prospects Support Producers with research on clients and prospects Develop client ready content, speaking engagements, white papers, etc. Facilitate contract reviews for clients Request renewal information from the client Develop renewal strategy document and coordinate with document design as appropriate Develop renewal coverage specifications Select insurers for submission; negotiate quotes; coverage analysis Develop and present renewal proposal Request order to bind and submit binders to client Ensure policy/endorsement issuance to client within 60 days Maintain privileged and confidential information Job Requirements (Skills & Abilities): Work really hard - let's not confuse effort with results Embrace Failure - if you are not failing, you are not pushing your limits, and if you are not pushing your limits, you are not maximizing your potential.
