Ongoing QSC evaluations and reviews ? Monitoring and Enforcing Company Standards ? Facilitating in sight selection ? And more? This seasoned restaurant professional must come with: ? A background of proven success as an FBC ? Must demonstrate the ability to interface with the corporate and franchise community ? Must have full restaurant financial acumen ? Must be a skilled team builder and trainer ? Must come with a track record of New Unit Openings ? Must understand 100% scratch kitchen operations ?
