Application Security Analyst Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI has an opening for an Application Security Analyst to join our mission-driven SETA team and support Test Engineering for PEO C3T Project Manager (PM) Mission Command (MC) in Aberdeen, MD. We are looking for an experienced Software Security Engineer who will analyze our software designs and implementations from a security perspective in order to identify and resolve security issues. Your duties will include the appropriate security analysis, defenses, and countermeasures at each phase of the software development lifecycle to produce robust and reliable software. What You'll Get to Do: Provide technical consultative/advisory services to the PM/Product Manager (PdM) to review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs for potential security risks. Plan, test, and implement advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture. Organize on-going security testing and code review to improve software security. Detect, troubleshoot, and debug issues that arise. Prepare engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities. Apply coding and testing standards, use security testing tools, threat modeling and conduct code reviews. Participate in the software design process. Experience with static code analysis tools, such as Fortify or SonarQube. Participate in systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies. Consult with team members on secure coding practices. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Active DOD secret security clearance. Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and at least 7 years of experience OR no degree and at least 9 years of experience. Security + CE certification or higher.
