What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role) Successfully analyze requests/needs and create technical specifications and/or requirements for assignments within expected timeframes while meeting business needs Stakeholder satisfaction with quality requirements - adequately meeting or exceeding client/user expectations, and clarity for Engineering and QE teams What are the requirements? Years of experience: 5 Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Physical requirements: Normal office What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position? Strong understanding and breadth of experience with technical systems Ability to identify and understand the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on the operations of the organization Strong understanding and broad range of experience with programming and database languages Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to interact with internal staff at all levels Excellent oral and written skills in order to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Ability to develop and deliver presentation materials Ability to field questions in an open forum or presentation Ability to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and due diligence How much should I expect to travel? 1 or 2 trips per year Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
