Summary Woodmont Capital is a newly formed business whose strategic approach is to bring creative financial solutions to both public and private real estate owners and operators, a necessary approach as the real estate industry evolves. Our institutional, public and private clients are interested in creating physical spaces, to meet their needs, but the current standard approaches are limiting their ability to do so. Given our unique affiliations with Edgemoor and Clark Construction group, and our relationships with key debt and equity providers, we will help our clients create long-term assets that meet their risk and return goals through creative financial solutions along with turnkey solutions. As a Senior Analyst, you will gain firsthand knowledge of how the capital markets influence financial decision-making for both public, private and P3 investments. Responsibilities Work with the leadership of Woodmont, Edgemoor, and Clark to develop unique solutions to asset creation Help cultivate relationships with various sources of debt and equity capital Develop customized approaches to financing, development, and building alongside senior leadership at institutions and developers Lead quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective real estate and P3 investments with a lens of both debt and equity Write investment recommendations Drive investment monitoring, product reporting, market research, and marketing efforts Manage transaction documentation and execution (in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, legal counsel, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a coursework emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and/or Economics 1-2 years of relevant work experience at an Investment Bank, REIT, Commercial Bank, or private investment firm Excellent quantitative skills: preferably with experience building real estate valuation models and distribution waterfalls Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and succeed Strong oral and written communication skills #LI-LG1-CK #GD Equal Opportunity Employer: Clark Construction Group, LLC, (subsidiaries and affiliates) is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
