Qualified candidates with positive attitudes will apply their seasoned technical skills and knowledge in the assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, and service of electrical systems and fixtures. Advanced knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing both residential and commercial is desired. Candidates will be reliable and possess a "customer first" work ethic along with a passion for providing our customers with the best solutions possible. Responsibilities Safe completion of electrical service calls Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best solutions Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans Follow company processes and procedures Seek opportunities to gain new referrals and repeat business Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings Competencies for Success Electrical license is a plus Working knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications Clean, safe driving record Ability to pass a background check Highly organized Strong verbal and written communications High integrity Socially skillful Commitment to a superior quality of work Strong desire to improve personally and professionally Team player Dependable / On Time Accountable What Do We Offer?
