We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a critical Investment Analyst position supporting our Originations team in Arlington . The Real Estate Investment Analyst position is typically a three-year assignment. Based on business needs, strong performance and mutual agreement, a one-year extensions may occur. Job responsibilities may include the following: Conducting financial modeling to evaluate potential new investment opportunities. Assist with all aspects of the loan origination process, including the modeling and evaluation of new investment opportunities, sensitivity analysis, analysis of the risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, due-diligence review, preparation of authorization memos, and loan closing. Interfacing with external parties including leasing/sales brokers, property managers, joint venture partners, and legal counsel. Providing analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling, property valuation, borrower credit review, and preparation of loan briefs for investment committee approval. Assist senior members of the team with initial structuring, underwriting, closing, and asset management. Interact professionally with internal credit, legal and loan origination personnel and externally with borrowers, third-party service providers, rating agencies and bond investors. Your Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Prior experience in the real estate and/or finance field Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability Demonstrated interest in capital markets and commercial real estate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
