JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Must have brokers license in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland Manage and maintain proper compliance on all transactional and closing documents required by the Real Estate Commission or agency for the state of operation Ensure compliance with all continuing education and regulatory requirements by the state of operation Receive, track and communicate all documents to sales associates including but not limited to contract files, addendums and closing instructions Prepare, distribute and monitor all documents as needed IND1 Requirements Current managing broker license is required in the state of operation Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred. Extreme attention to detail and time management skills are a necessity. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects will be needed in order to be successful in this role. Experience with MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
