Duties
As a Sr. Management and Program Analyst, you will monitor short- and long-term strategic and programmatic planning, resource forecasting and allocation, and budgeting. Duties include but not limited to:
1. Prepares responses to assigned principal correspondence, including communications from the Office of the Executive Director and the Commission.
2. Creates communication plans and monitors implementation of guidance provided in Staff Requirement Memoranda, office initiatives, and as requested by management.
3. Coordinates information and prepares proposed division responses to ticketed correspondence.
4. Provides direction and coordination for all Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) requirements.
5. Performs independent studies and analyses to identify and evaluate improvements in the use of human resources and associated skills to meet demand of RES divisions. Provides advice and assistance on specialized programs to ensure that required skills are available.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as experience which demonstrates knowledge of the theories, practices, and principles in the fields related to program management and analysis; resource forecasting and allocation; and demonstrates the skill to communicate administrative or policy focused information.
