PAY Team Member in Training | $18.20+ ($15.20 wage + $3 tips*) Team Member | $18.50+ ($15.5 wage + $3 tips*) Trainer | $19/hr+ ($16 wage + $3 tips*) Supervisor | $20.5/hr+ ($17.5 wage + $3 tips*) Manager in Training | $23/hr+ ($20 wage + $3 tips*) General Manager $55,000 + Bonus Tips $3 or more an hour Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push/pull, carry and/or move up to 30 pounds. For example, a tub of dishes and trash bins. As needed climb ladders, stairs, ramps and uneven floor and/or surfaces. For example, go up and downstairs and ramps to storage areas. As needed squat, bend, twist and reach for items below waist level or above shoulders. For example, you may have to bend down or reach up to trays and towels. Use of hands to reach, grip, turn and perform precision work. You're using your hands to do things like operate espresso machines, perform basic knife work, and operate the register (among other responsibilities).
