Essential Functions: Customer Service Excellence Hires, trains and retains the highest quality team members who exhibit energy and enthusiasm Sales Culture and Training Hires, trains and retains the highest quality team members who exhibit energy and enthusiasm Coaches to the Company selling skills model with the passion to drive real action Uses the Company metrics to coach the proper behaviors needed to be a world class selling organization Utilizes Company resources to keep associates up to date on product knowledge, selling skills and operational efficiencies Leads all store activities with the highest ethical standards and demands the same from their teams Ensures associates are provided the necessary tools to perform job responsibilities Improve all store associates self-knowledge, effectiveness, and efficiency through weekly meetings with the emphasis on total customer satisfaction. Coach and counsel team based on results Store Standards Executes all tagging and sign programs 100% to the Company standard Ensure all associates accurately complete required paperwork, including order entry, delivery schedules, customer records, and deposit fees Submit required paperwork to Human Resources in a timely manner regarding employee changes, new hires, terminations, etc. Works with executive team for constant quality improvement of all store and team functions Responsible for leading a team of up to 15 Requirements 2+ years Sales Management or Retail Management experience Proven track record of meeting financial objectives Ability to execute plans and strategies Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment Proven track record of customer service excellence Goal oriented - Energetically focuses efforts on meeting goals, mission or objective Excellent communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Highly competitive salary and bonus compensation plan Paid Vacation Paid training 401K Health Benefits Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 + Monthly Bonus opportunity qnJDjlxeWc
