Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Representative - Joint Replacement

The Role: This role is responsible to support the Sales Manager by aligning to the leadership and direction for the Joint Replacement division in Singapore with Stryker International Franchise strategy, to support the growth objectives and provide levels of service and professionalism consistent with the company's global standards. Their is also responsibility for the execution of sales strategies & plans assisting business partners in sales of Joint Replacement business in assigned product line taking into account both long-and-short term objectives in Singapore. Sales Manage & implement local sales tactics & execution per year in line with country objectives. Responsible to provide monthly sales forecast, meeting sales budget and case attendance for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory Identify business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans Build trust and credibility with customers Conduct regular consignment count Coordinate payment collection following company's SOP Provide regular market/competitor updates Prompt complaints handling adhering to company SOP Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed. Forecast stock requirement based on the market feedback and quotation participated. Assist in overseeing uncovered sales territory. Cover surgical cases. Share findings on market trends (customer profile, credibility, competition and reputation in market), and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth Periodically prepare sales performance analyses in sales results, forecast, critical issues as needed Adhere and ensure compliance to the corporation's policies, codes and local laws. Also ensure corporate governance is evident in the business. Marketing Support Sales Manager in : implementing local marketing tactics & execution per year in line with county objectives. professionally execute product launches, obsolescence and recalls partnering with RAQA. carry out sales & marketing activities, responsible to support marketing initiatives including trade show (exhibition) and other key events and promotions such as workshops, company receptions etc. conduct regular product in-service and product presentation to the customers management of HCP interactions ensuring compliance is adhered. ensuring that training records are kept & logged within the QMS provide feedback on local LSO training opportunities for junior surgeons Compliance Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED. The Candidate Diploma/Degree in Business or biomedical 3 - 5 years medical device experience Knowledge of Implant products Good interpersonal and communication skills Goals driven Ability to build productive relationships .
