The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years management and/or retail sales experience, along with strong multitasking abilities and prior training and coaching experience. Previous customer service experience is a must. Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Managing the day to day operations of the site Coaching and developing associate to maximize success and selling potential Reinforcing clear and aligned expectations, performance and accountability with all associates Renting storage spaces & selling store merchandise Working face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and build excellent rapport with new and existing customers, while enhancing your customer service and sales skills and experience Accepting payments and completing daily bank deposits Keeping the property and office clean and tidy.
