Who/What Are We Looking For? FH Furr is currently looking to fill the position of Electrical Service Manager due to the growth of our electrical department in our Maryland branch. When our company started back in 1981, we started with one man and a truck handling residential plumbing needs and have progressed significantly over the past 40 years. The ideal candidate for this position will not only have tangible electrical and management experience but will possess some intangibles that will aid in taking the department further into the future. This individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring apprentices and technicians alongside our HR department. Once these candidates have been hired, it will be up to the Electrical Service Manager and our Electrical trainer to train and develop these individuals into world-class electricians. This person will need to bring more energy than they take each day because they set the tone for the entire electrical department. Helping technicians set and work towards achieving goals is a huge function of this position as well as holding the team accountable to some exceptional performance standards. Who Are We?
